Hallwood Farm has 90 acres of south facing land just outside the village of Petrockstowe.

 At Hallwood Fresh Veg we aim to;
  • Serve the real customer.
  • Reduce washing and packaging.
  • From Field to Plate in less than a day.
  • Use old fashioned varieties with real flavour.
  • Natural fertiliser, slower growing with better texture.
  • A chance to educate the younger generation with farm walks.
  • A minimal use of pesticides (less cosmetics), only when really necessary.
  • Link in with Govt "Higher Level Scheme", being paid for conservation measures previously done off our own bat.

This TRULY LOCAL PRODUCE including farm reared heritage breed pork, Dorset lamb and delicious well hung Jersey cross beef is supplied direct via the Hallwood Veg Box Scheme or individual / wholesale orders.


Hallwood Farm has gained a silver award in Devon Wildlife Trust Approved Farm Business Scheme and is also part of the DEFRA ‘Higher Level Scheme’ due to the efforts made on the farm to protect and enhance wildlife and to encourage educational access.
