DESCRIPTION:Five years on from Gilby's challenge to reach Belstone Tor on his All
Terrain Scooter, made possible by the North Dartmoor Search and Rescue
Team, there is to be an anniversary celebration and fundraiser, on Saturday
5th September. Thanks, once again, to the North Dartmoor Search and Rescue
Team, there is to be a Team and Supporters walk to the top of Belstone Tor,
followed by a buffet lunch party in St Mary's Church - all are welcome.
Meet at The Tors Inn at 10.15 am for a 10.30 am start up to Belstone Tor,
with a celebration at the top.
Return to village about 1pm -for light lunch buffet party in Belstone
Church.  Lunch buffet catering by Kelly Gilbert.
Everyone is invited to take part in the whole proceedings but, if you
prefer, just do the walk or part of it, or just attend the lunch buffet.
Donations towards the celebration invited to be given to NDSART. These can
be given on the day or their Just Giving page, (via the green button
below), at any time.
It promises to be a very special day, so look forward to seeing many of you
there.
