St Mary’s Church Belstone Saturday 26th October 10.00am-4.00pm
The Parochial Church Council members invite you to ‘drop in’, have a cuppa, piece of cake (or two) and view the renovation work that has been carried out so far, as well as viewing the proposals for future improvements.
The PCC are committed to preserving Belstone’s beautiful Norman church, which is so full of history. Not just for Sunday services, marriages, baptisms and funerals but as a warm space where people can hold meetings, have musical evenings, performances, etc. Or just sit quietly and, perhaps, read the fascinating background of this historical building.
As many of you are aware, thanks to some grants and the wonderful generosity of current, and many past Belstone residents, we have already begun several improvements which were enabled by your support of our fundraising efforts and much appreciated suggestions given by you, as to what the village wants to happen to the church building and the surrounding grounds, in the future.
So . . . do join us for as little or much time as you can spare. Chat to PCC representatives, ask questions,
suggest ideas you have for the future of the building and grounds, for the next generations. As it says on the poster . . .
COME AND HAVE YOUR SAY!
