Join us on SATURDAY at BELSTONE for the launch of The Archangel’s Way, a new pilgrimage route where all are welcome to engage with our fascinating landscape, find sanctuary in 12 historic churches, and find space for the soul through walking, poetry and the beauty of Dartmoor, past and present. The 35+ mile pilgrimage route begins from St Michael’s, Brentor and ends at St Michael the Archangel, Chagford.
The launch of TAW will centre on Belstone, near Okehampton, with walkers and runners arriving from Sourton and Chagford on the pilgrimage route. Archangel bells will ring out across Northern Dartmoor from eleven churches along the Way, beginning at 9am at St Michael the Archangel, Chagford and ending at 7.45pm at St Michael’s, Brentor.

12:30 Runners arrive from Chagford
