Have you ever thought what it would be like to ring the church bells? Well here’s your opportunity . . .
. . . Belstone Church ringers are looking for new recruits in order to maintain continuity of this ancient tradition in our village and two very experienced ringers from a neighbouring parish have volunteered their tutorial services. No age limit on any new recruits, although our aim is to attract youth to strengthen our ageing incumbents.
The captain of Chagford Ringers has kindly offered to let us use their synthetic training system if needed. This system, which includes computer analysation, means no sound disturbance for nearby residents!
