Save the date folks – there’s only a fortnight to go! So join us on Great Green (next to The Tors) for a great family afternoon out.
As ever, we have the popular dog races, egg throwing competition, children’s races, stalls, sideshows and tasty teas. Also, once again there’s music from the Bondleigh barn Band and, this year, we have a wonderful display from the Okehampton Community Dance Project. All this can be watched with Pimms and burger, or tea and cake, in hand, in between browsing the stalls for books, plants and quality bric-a-brac . . . all in the beautiful surroundings of Dartmoor.
The traditional Cosdon Hill Run starts from the site of the Fair, which is also the finishing point. Start time – 1.30pm for Juniors; 2.30pm for Seniors. Register at the Race Headquarters – on the Village Green by The Tors Inn. Great fun to spectate!
