None of us knows if we may ever need a someone to use a defibrillator to save our life – or whether we may need to use one to save someone else’s life! These potential life saving pieces of apparatus are in many places now – including one that has been in the centre of our village for some years – and can be an absolute life-saver, while waiting for medical help.
There is a free 2 hour course in Belstone Village Hall, from 10am-12noon on Saturday 17th September, which will be run by Joe Rice, a Level 3 First Aid & Defibrillation Instructor.
