On Friday 20 January Central Devon MP Mel Stride visited Rew Meadow on a whistle-stop tour of Devon cricket grounds to hear about the progress of youth cricket, accompanied by Chris Yeo, Chairman of Ashburton Cricket Club. President Peter Hammond updated Mel on plans for a new pavilion while senior player and youth cricket leader Richard Drake described the success over the last few years of our All Stars and Dynamos evening sessions for 5 to 11 year olds.
