The next Garden Club meeting is Thursday 28th November 7.30pm in Belstone Village Hall.
Robin Hill from Andrews Corner Garden, Belstone will be giving a talk ‘Weird and Wonderful in a Dartmoor Garden’. Robin will talk about some of the more unusual plants he grows, including Erythroniums, Meconopsis and Sarracenias, encouraging us all to be more adventurous in our planting. This is our Christmas meeting and will include tea/coffee, mince pies and a Christmas Raffle with a horticultural theme.
Doors open at 7pm with an opportunity to chat with fellow members of the group. Membership is £15 annual subscription or come as a guest for one night at £4 and find out more about the club.
The first meeting next year is 23rd January and will be ‘Wildlife Photography – How Do They Do That Tips and Tricks’ with Colin Sargent from Brentor.
