‘Adventures with Fancy Foliage’ – Thursday 25th April 7.30pm Belstone Village Hall – Dr Julian Sutton. This evening is open to all – non members £4.

Julian, a well respected botanist and plantsman, will explain how the subtleties of form and colour in leaves makes the difference between an average garden plant and a great one – all illustrated by interesting perennials and bulbs.
Julian will have a selection of plants for sale; there will also be a garden themed raffle.

A short AGM will be held before the main meeting. There will also be an opportunity to sign up for the trips we are organising this summer. These include a ‘Wildlife Garden Project’ near Winkleigh, an afternoon visit to Lewis Cottage, Spreyton and an evening visit to Mollie and Peter’s lovely garden at Corscombe.
