2024/25-001 Disclosures of Interests
There were no disclosures of interest.

There were no apologies for absence.
2024/25-003 Public Participation Session
There was no public participation.
2024/25-004 Minutes
The minutes of the meeting of the Council held on 11th March 2024 were considered, agreed and signed as a correct record.
2024/25-005 Finance
A. Recent Transactions
- Payments – Clerk’s Wages – £555.56
- Receipts – Precept (first instalment) £1,872.50
- Total Balance (29/04/24) £5,696.17 (including £620 election reserve, £73.89 Car Park Reserve)
B. Payments
The following payments were agreed:
- Data Protection Fee – £35 (Paid by Direct Debit)
- Devon Association of Local Councils – £115.42
- Ink Cartridges – £24.38
- Laminating – £5.25
- Wood for bench repair – £105.60

2024/25-006 Items for Next Parish Council Agenda
The next meeting on 20th May will be the Annual Parish Council meeting. Items due – Election of Officers, Signing of Acceptance of Office Forms, Signing of Consent to Electronic Communication forms, Appointment of Council representatives on other bodies, Confirmation of Meeting Dates for 2024-25, Financial Regulations Review, Risk Register Review.
It was agreed to confirm the AGAR at that meeting.
The meeting closed at 8.37 pm.
The date of the next meeting will be Monday May 20th 2024 at 7.30pm.
