It’s that time of year again HELP AND DONATIONS NEEDED!
The Village Fair is the Hall’s biggest fundraiser for the year and, as usual, we are looking for volunteers again to help it run smoothly.
We need help with:
Setting up on the Saturday
Running stalls
Making cakes for the tea tent
Packing away at the end of the fair on the Sunday
If you have gazebos that we can borrow for the day, that would be very helpful.
On the evening of Tuesday 30th June the Fair committee members will be doing a collection around the village for donations of good quality second hand items for the White Elephant Stall, good quality clean clothing, books for the book stall, prizes for the tombola and raffle, .
