Annual Parish Meeting – 29th May 2018
ANNUAL BELSTONE PARISH COUNCIL MEETING MINUTES
Tuesday May 29th 2018 at 7.30pm
Present: Michael Ash (Chairman), Ann Norman (Vice Chairman), Paul Boyce, Peter Cooper, Susan Norrish, Jon Pike and Kate Little (Parish Clerk).
1. Apologies for absence: None received
2. Election of Officers:
- Chairman – Michael Ash was re-elected as Chairman of the Parish Council
- Vice Chairman – Ann Norman was re-elected as Vice Chairman of the Parish Council
3. Signing of the Acceptance of Office forms: The acceptance forms were duly signed and witnessed.
4. Representation on other bodies:
- Village Hall Committee: Susan Norrish
- Eastern Link Committee: Although Elizabeth Emmerson was not present it was resolved that she be asked to carry on this role.
5. Any other business: There was no other business.
The meeting closed at 7.50pm
