2024/25-007 Election of Officers

To elect a Chairman and Vice-Chair of the council for the next year. To sign the acceptance of office forms for these roles.

2024/25-008 Disclosures of Interests

To receive disclosures of personal & prejudicial interest from Councillors on matters to be considered at the meeting.

2024/25-009 Apologies for Absence

To record any apologies for absence and reasons. For resolution.

2024/25-010 Public Participation Session

This item is limited to 15 minutes and will be conducted in accordance with the Standing Orders of the Council, which are available to read on the website.

To resolve that the minutes of the Council meeting held on 29th April 2024, previously circulated, be signed as a correct record.

To agree the members to represent the Council on the following bodies:

To review the end of year expenditure against budget for the financial year 2023-24, and accept the Clerk’s report.

To receive and note the Internal Auditor’s report, and agree the honorarium. To appoint the auditor for 2024-25. To agree changes to the format of the accounts for the next year.

To agree and sign the Certificate of Exemption, Annual Governance Statement and Accounting Statements for 2023-24.

To agree any action on the hedge near the bus stop.

To agree any action regarding a parishioner’s letter about parking, and to confirm a response to the Highway Officer’s designs for signs.
